Delicious Crab Cakes

Recipe

1/2 lb Crab claws

1/2 lb Lump crab meat

1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs

2 Green onion, chopped

1 Egg, beaten

1 tbsp Thai curry paste

Mix ingredients together and form into patties

(If the ingredients are too dry to form, add 1 tbsp Coconut milk)

Heat 1 tbsp Vegetable oil in pan and add cakes. Cook on both sides until done through.
