Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz Flour
  • 5.5 oz Sugar
  • 3 tbs Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 7.5 oz Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2.5 pints Fruit

Instructions

  1. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Melt butter and put 4 large spoonfuls into baking dish.
  3. Add fruit of your choice
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
