Pinnacle Quality Insight recognizes healthcare organizations for providing superior customer experiences, with an emphasis on quality. Over the course of 2020, a sampling of residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews and provided feedback about their experiences at John-Wesley Villas.
This award recognizes John-Wesley Villas for their Dining Services, highlighting the world-class dining experiences provided to our residents.
